Refund Policy

Reservations can be canceled under the following conditions:

• A full refund is available if cancellation is made at least 45 days prior to arrival.

• A 50% refund is available if cancellation is made 30 days prior to arrival.

• No refunds will be given if cancellation is made within 7 days or in case of no-show.

Cancellations must be made in writing by email. Refunds will be made using the original payment method, within 5 business days.
 

Please note that program changes due to weather conditions or external factors do not automatically qualify for a refund. In special cases (e.g. illness, accident) we will apply a unique assessment upon request.
